Customer requirements
The client needs Spliceable LED poster screen that can serve multiple display zones including atrium event areas, brand pop-up exhibition zones, store entrances, and press conference spaces. Traditional roll-up banners and fixed LCD advertising machines currently in use deliver monotonous visuals and cannot be flexibly combined. They fail to accommodate both large-scale periodic marketing campaigns and routine distributed promotional displays. Against this backdrop, the client put forward the following mandatory requirements:
- Firstly, adopt detachable and P2.5 Spliceable LED poster screens, with a full set of 6 units. Each cabinet features a standard dimension of 640mm × 1920mm. When seamlessly spliced together, the six units form an integrated extra-large display wall for brand launch events and holiday promotions. However, each single screen can be placed independently at store doorways, escalator sides and other locations for daily advertising playback.
- Since customers view the screens at close range for extended periods, the displays must deliver smooth, grain-free visuals with authentic color reproduction. Ensuring high-definition material integrity when showcasing apparel, cosmetics and digital products. The screen refresh rate shall reach a standard 3840Hz, eliminating flicker.
- The LED screens must be highly portable without wall drilling installation. Splicing and disassembly procedures should be simple, enabling quick teardown after events.
- The cabinet body needs dustproof and minor impact resistance. Given heavy foot traffic in shopping malls that leads to frequent bumps, the equipment must be sturdy and durable. The control system shall support wireless remote operation, allowing one-click switching between various visual materials such as event posters, product promotional videos, event countdown timers, discount pop-ups and brand image clips.

- Intelligent Control with One-Click Switch for Multi-Scenario Materials
The system supports WiFi remote backend centralized management. It lets you one-click switch and loop play dynamic backdrops, HD posters, promo subtitles, and more. One complete set of equipment covers all commercial scenarios. Including new product launches, holiday sales, merchant exhibitions, brand pop-ups and investment promotions, realizing multi-purpose utilization.
- Protection & Long-Term Operation Design
The front panel carries an IP31 protection rating, providing dustproof performance and resistance against minor collisions caused by pedestrian flow, perfectly fitting high-foot-traffic mall environments. The whole machine adopts a lightweight aluminum housing with stable heat dissipation structure, supporting non-stop all-day long operation.
