I. Customer Requirements-LED Screen Panel
First of all, the client compared LED beads from two major brands, Nationstar and Kinglight. They put forward core requirements: the screen must deliver exquisite image quality and authentic color reproduction. No visible grain even when spectators watch closely in crowds. Adopting high-definition indoor fine-pitch display technology, it can cater to the viewing experience of audiences across the entire venue.
In addition, audiences at the event will frequently take photos and record videos with mobile phones and cameras. For this reason, the screen needs an ultra-high refresh rate to eliminate flicker, black stripes and image ghosting.
Besides, the LED display will be used for live sports streaming. After large sports & entertainment gatherings, it can also support sports-themed parties, spectator interactive activities and sports program broadcasting. Hence, the equipment needs to support fast switching of diverse content, alongside reliable dustproof and anti-collision performance.

1. Cabinet matching and splicing design
First, we adopt standard 500×1000mm rental cabinets. A full 6m×3m LED screen is formed by seamless splicing of 12 cabinets horizontally and 6 cabinets vertically, ensuring smooth and consistent visuals. We also provide spare 500×500mm square cabinets, which allow partial expansion of the main screen or installation of auxiliary side screens as required.
Made of lightweight die-cast aluminum, the cabinets feature easy assembly and disassembly, high load-bearing capacity and excellent deformation resistance after repeated transportation. The screen is professionally wall-mounted for indoor use, with ample space reserved at the rear for maintenance.
2. Lamp beads and display performance
The screens are all equipped with Kinglight LED beads. These LEDs deliver excellent color consistency and high color saturation to perfectly restore vivid pictures for various sports and entertainment activities.
The factory-set refresh rate of the NS Series rental screens is ≥7680Hz, meeting professional standards for large-scale activity venues. There will be no flicker, black stripes or ghosting when captured by audiences, media crews and live streaming equipment. It clearly records wonderful highlights including scoring actions, block moments and athlete celebrations.
