Introduction
COB LED displays utilize LED chips mounted directly onto a printed circuit board (PCB), rather than individually encapsulating the LEDs. This results in an ultra-fine pitch screen. Compared to traditional SMD-packaged rental screens and fixed indoor and outdoor screens, COB displays offer higher integration and reliability. Meanwhile, Ningshine’s COB displays are available in 2K, 4K, and 8K resolutions, offering customers a completely new visual experience. The display cabinets are available in two sizes: 600*337.5mm (1.97*1.10ft) and 600*675mm (1.97*2.21ft). The 600*337.5mm size allows for multiple cabinets to be assembled into a 16:9 screen, perfectly matching 4K/8K resolutions.
Advantages
- More better display effect. Without the need for individual LEDs, the chip-on-chip bonding eliminates physical gaps, enabling even smaller pixel pitches. Specifically, ultra-small pixel pitches of 0.625mm and 0.78mm provide clearer, more detailed images, softer colors, and more natural transitions. Ningshine’s COB displays are available in the following pixel pitches: P0.625, P0.78, P0.93, P1.25, P1.53, and P1.87.
- Ultra-thin and ultra-light design. Ningshine’s COB screen is 39.75mm thick, no thicker than 40mm. Compared to SMD LED displays, it is at least 10mm thinner, which means customers need less space for installation. This makes installation easier and more aesthetically pleasing.
- High refresh rate and high contrast. The indoor Cob LED display have a refresh rate exceeding 3840Hz, supporting the rapid display of various dynamic images without artifacts, ensuring smooth and clear display. Secondly, the Ninshine Cob LED display have a 20,000:1 contrast ratio. As we all know, contrast is the ratio of the brightness of the brightest and darkest areas. Therefore, the higher the contrast ratio, the better the color reproduction. COB displays typically have a contrast ratio of 10,000:1. Ningshine’s COB screen’s 20,000:1 contrast ratio elevates the display to a higher level.
- Highly impact-resistant and pressure-resistant. The COB screen’s LED panel has a hardness exceeding 4H and is sealed with epoxy resin, achieving an IP54 rating and above, making it waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, and impact-resistant. Meanwhile, the surface is treated with a new optical material, making it wiped and impervious to foreign object impact. It is fully resistant to oxidation, static electricity, scratches, fingerprints, and bumps, making it ideal for complex environments.
- Wide viewing angle. Because the Ningshine’s COB LED display adopts modular design to reduce seams, high flatness, and a wide viewing angle of 160°/160°, suitable for close viewing.
Application Scenario
- Conference Room. A large conference room requires a suitable screen. As a result, a seamless large screen is ideal for high-end meeting rooms for video conferencing and data presentation, allowing for easy viewing from every angle, ensuring comprehensive and effective communication.
- Command and control center. As we all know, this scenario generally requires endless work 365 days a year. Any black screen or dead light will cause great losses. Ningshine COB screen has low brightness and high grayscale, which is not tiring for long-term viewing. It is stable and reliable for daily use, and the display is rich in details at night without being completely black.
- Home theater. A private theater typically uses a COB screen with a P0.9-P1.2 pixel pitch, 4K+HDR10+ support, and can restore movie shadow details. Furthermore, even in large theaters, it can still maintain excellent image quality, far exceeding that of a projector.
- Church. Churches are typically indoor settings that combine religious solemnity, a sense of spatial ritual, and the need for large gatherings. The COB screen’s wide 160°/160° viewing angle ensures that viewers can clearly see the content on the screen, whether they are one meter or ten meters away.
