I. DJ Booth Classification
Ningshine’s DJ booths mainly include non-foldable and foldable models. Both types of DJ booths come with wheels, allowing for flexible movement within the venue. When the wheels are completely fixed, the DJ booth stand does not shake or shift during DJ performances.
II. All-in-one DJ Booth
The non-foldable DJ console features an integrated, fixed structure and is available in three models: S, M, and L. The main difference lies in the size of the console surface. The S-size DJ console measures 1052*600*1136mm, the M-size is 1367*600*1136mm, and the L-size is 1698*600*1136mm. Furthermore, this is an integrated DJ booth where the LED display module, DJ booth table as a single unit, resulting in a robust structure. It utilizes GOB packaging technology and boasts an IP54 protection rating.
Advantages
- Key process. GOB (Glue on Board) involves covering the LED beads with a layer of optical adhesive, which protects them from impacts and dust, significantly reducing the dead LED rate and improving the stability and lifespan of the LED screen.
- Iron cabinet. Sturdy structure and high durability.
- Front maintenance. Utilizing a 320*160mm magnetic module design, you can remove faulty modules and replace them with new ones during maintenance. Therefore, maintenance staff only need to carry out partial modular maintenance.
III. Foldable DJ Booth
The foldable DJ booth is a rental-type, quick-installation and quick-disassembly portable LED display. It features a 500*1000mm die-cast aluminum cabinet, with each module allowing you to choose to combine 4, 5, or 6 segments together, or even more. Conversely, when folded, its size is reduced, and the bottom wheels make it easy to move. Additionally, the foldable DJ booth can be equipped with GOB (Google On Board) depending on the situation.
Advantages
- Key Processes. SMD standard processes. For P1.95-2.6, we suggest adding GOB to enhance protective performance; P2.97 and above can choose not to add GOB.
- Lightweight design. Made of die-cast aluminum, it boasts high strength and light weight. The foldable design reduces its volume by at least 50% when folded, allowing for easy handling by a single person.
- Maintenance method. It adopts a post-maintenance approach, where individual enclosures are removed using clips, allowing for quick and flexible maintenance.
IV. Application
DJ booths have a wide range of applications, commonly found at reception areas and nightclubs. Because you can quickly disassemble foldable DJ booths, they are ideal for temporary events and touring performances, such as music festival stages, brand events, and club parties.
In contrast, you can use all-in-one DJ booths in permanent venues like nightclubs, bars, and long-stay performance spaces, and also place them in school lecterns and company reception areas.
