(2) Cabinet design

For rental LED display screens, the characteristics of light, thin, and fast installation are very important. The cabinet’s lightweight design allows one person to lift and ship it. (3) Protection requirements

Installation and setup

Rental LED displays mainly use three installation methods: suspension mounting, floor standing, and trussing. Suspension mounted primarily uses steel or aluminum alloy trusses to support the load. Followed by a dedicated boom to suspend the LED display above the stage, saving space. Secondly, floor standing-mounted uses specialized mounting brackets. Which assemble the display’s individual cabinets layer by layer from bottom to top and then stack them on the ground in front of the stage, making installation relatively simple. Finally, trussing consists of columns and beams. Used in situations with limited space and complex ground conditions. The trussing provides support and allows for quick installation of the display. Therefore, choosing the appropriate installation method depends on the specific application.
