Customer requirements
The client is looking for items to display at our booth during a conference. Firstly, there are three options: an LED display screen, a DJ booth, and a refrigerator-style display screen that can hold bottles, surrounded by LED screens. Secondly, the LED screen needs to be 1 meter wide and 2 meters high, and foldable for easy transport. Thirdly, the client wants to know if it has EU CE certification and a Norwegian charging plug. Additionally, the client concerns about how you will handle the packaging. Whether you will pack the goods into boxes for easy transportation.
Our Solution-2.5mm LED display
The first solution: We initially showed the client our previous LED display cases from exhibitions, but the client felt it was too large. Therefore, based on the first solution, we recommended a tri-fold LED poster screen. Because the tri-fold poster screen can be folded on both sides, its open size is 640*1920mm, and when unfolded, it becomes a large 1280*1920mm screen. Furthermore, due to its foldable design, the size is significantly reduced during packaging, making transportation very convenient. Therefore, this also met the client’s needs.
The second solution involved showing the client three sizes of the DJ booth, from which the client selected 1367*600*1136mm. We then showed the client actual photos of this size. Our DJ booth utilizes GOB technology and boasts an IP54 (front) protection rating. It features a sturdy, durable iron cabinet. Built with casters for easy movement during exhibitions. Finally, the back of the DJ booth features power outlets, cable management holes, storage cabinets, and drawers for added convenience.
The third Solution: We recommended a refrigerator-style LED screen to the client, but it was quite expensive. Ultimately, the client chose a DJ booth and a tri-fold LED poster screen.
